  • 1 cup Mezzetta Golden Greek Peperoncini Juice additional pickling juice can be used
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice substitute with vinegar if needed
  • 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes adjust based on spice preference
  • 1 cup Fresh Parsley cilantro can be used for a different flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil neutral or flavored oil can be substituted
  • to taste Salt adjust based on taste preference
  • to taste Black Pepper adjust based on taste preference

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Vegetables: Gather ingredients and remove the stems from the peperoncini. In a food processor, combine all peppers, onion, and garlic. Pulse until finely chopped for 1 to 2 minutes.
  2. Cook the Mixture: Transfer chopped vegetables to a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in peperoncini juice, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes until softened.
  3. Drain and Cool: Carefully drain excess liquid. Spread mixture out and let cool completely at room temperature.
  4. Final Touches: Stir in chopped parsley, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to taste until well combined.
