- In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup of soyaki, 3/4 bottle of Thai-style red curry sauce, 1 cup of coconut milk, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Add in 1/2 cup of water to adjust the consistency. Whisk together until smooth.
- Take a large baking dish and arrange 20 frozen potstickers in a single layer.
- Once your sauce is ready, pour it generously over the arranged potstickers.
- Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil, creating a sealed environment. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30–40 minutes.
- Remove the dish from the oven, uncover it and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and thinly sliced green onions.
