Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine 1/4 cup of soyaki, 3/4 bottle of Thai-style red curry sauce, 1 cup of coconut milk, and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Add in 1/2 cup of water to adjust the consistency. Whisk together until smooth.
  3. Take a large baking dish and arrange 20 frozen potstickers in a single layer.
  4. Once your sauce is ready, pour it generously over the arranged potstickers.
  5. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil, creating a sealed environment. Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 30–40 minutes.
  6. Remove the dish from the oven, uncover it and garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and thinly sliced green onions.
