Preparation Steps
  1. Cook the frozen dumplings according to package instructions using either pan-frying or air-frying.
  2. While the dumplings cook, heat the shelled edamame in the microwave for about 3-4 minutes or steam for a couple of minutes.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli slaw, cooked edamame, sliced shallot, chopped green onions, and fresh cilantro. Toss well.
  4. In a measuring cup, whisk together the sweet chili sauce, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad, fold gently, and top with cooked dumplings, crispy wonton strips, and sesame seeds.
