  • 1 can Coconut milk Shake well before measuring
  • 2 pieces Chili peppers Adjust to your liking; remove seeds for less spice
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced for flavor depth
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice Fresh squeezed is best

Cooking Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and ensure an even coating.
  2. Pat grouper fillets dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  3. Place seasoned grouper in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Remove grouper and keep warm. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  5. Pour coconut milk into the pan with garlic, add chili peppers, stir, and let simmer for 3-5 minutes.
  6. Stir in lime juice and adjust seasoning if needed.
  7. Serve cooked grouper on plates and spoon spicy coconut sauce over each fillet.
