Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Coat the insides of Easter egg molds with melted chocolate and chill for 15 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whip together heavy cream, softened cream cheese, and powdered sugar until fluffy peaks form, about 3-5 minutes. Fold in strawberry jam, crushed freeze-dried strawberries, and shortcake biscuits.
  3. Remove chocolate shells from molds and fill half with strawberry filling. Brush edges of remaining halves with melted chocolate, then press together to seal.
  4. Chill assembled eggs for 10-15 minutes to set chocolate and filling.
  5. Melt pink chocolate and drizzle over eggs. Top with crushed shortcake crumbs and fresh strawberry slices.
