Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Using a very sharp knife, slice the sushi-grade salmon into thin, rectangular pieces about ¼ inch thick.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine the ponzu sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Whisk until well incorporated.
  3. Place each slice of salmon on the serving plate with space in between. Top with jalapeño slices if desired.
  4. Drizzle the ponzu sauce over the salmon slices just before serving.
  5. Serve immediately with extra ponzu sauce on the side.
