  • 2 tablespoons Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Thai Chili Flakes adjust for spice preference
  • 2 tablespoons Toasted Rice Powder can make at home

Step-by-Step Instructions for Nam Tok Beef
  1. Marinate the Beef: Mix garlic, oyster sauce, Golden Mountain sauce, and white sugar. Coat the beef in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  2. Grill the Beef: Preheat grill to medium-high. Grill beef for 5-10 minutes per side until charred and desired doneness is reached. Let rest for 5 minutes.
  3. Slice the Beef: Slice rested beef against the grain into thin strips. Place in a mixing bowl.
  4. Make the Dressing: Combine fish sauce, lime juice, Thai chili flakes, and toasted rice powder in a bowl. Mix well.
