Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine masa harina and salt. Gradually add warm water to form a soft dough, let rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Cook each dough disc in a dry skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden.
  4. Pinch the edges of each disc to create shallow rims.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet; fry each sope for 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
