Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted unsalted butter in a mixing bowl.
  2. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, then bake for 10 minutes.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar and vanilla, then mix in eggs one at a time.
  4. Pour the filling into the cooled crust and bake for 45-50 minutes until edges are set.
  5. Let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour after baking.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
