Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by slicing the short ribs into bite-sized pieces and layering them evenly at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the garlic powder, salt, oregano, dried parsley, paprika, and pepper evenly over the beef bites.
  3. Chop the onion and garlic cloves, then add them to the slow cooker on top of the seasoned beef.
  4. Layer the baby potatoes on top of the meat mixture, seasoning the potatoes with a pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  5. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil, ensuring everything is lightly coated.
  6. Cover the slow cooker with its lid and set it to cook on LOW for 6-8 hours or HIGH for 4-4.5 hours.
