  • 8 ounces Sliced Mushrooms Brown them well
For the Flavor
  • 4 slices Turkey Bacon Chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
For Cooking
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil or Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Blanch the green beans in salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then cool in an ice bath.
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Sauté mushrooms in the same skillet until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic to mushrooms and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Combine blanched green beans with mushrooms and garlic, cooking for another 4-5 minutes.
  6. Add crispy turkey bacon, seasoning to taste and top with lemon juice or Parmesan cheese before serving.
