- Blanch the green beans in salted boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then cool in an ice bath.
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sauté mushrooms in the same skillet until golden brown, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to mushrooms and sauté for 1 minute.
- Combine blanched green beans with mushrooms and garlic, cooking for another 4-5 minutes.
- Add crispy turkey bacon, seasoning to taste and top with lemon juice or Parmesan cheese before serving.
