Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. Brush each cabbage steak with 1/4 cup of olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Roast the cabbage steaks in the oven for 15 minutes, then flip and roast for an additional 12-15 minutes.
  6. Whisk together the remaining olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, and seasonings to make the vinaigrette.
  7. Drizzle the vinaigrette over the cabbage steaks and top with goat cheese and parsley.
