Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and arrange the marrow bones on a baking sheet with the curved side up.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the bones, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add unpeeled garlic cloves among the bones.
  4. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. While the marrow is roasting, toast the baguette slices for 5-7 minutes.
  6. Once cooked, let the bones cool slightly, then sprinkle with herbs and serve with lemon wedges.
