Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll and separate the crescent rolls on a clean surface.
  3. Spread ½ tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing on each crescent roll.
  4. Layer ½ ounce of corned beef, ½ ounce of Swiss cheese, and 2 tablespoons of sauerkraut on top of the dressing.
  5. Roll up each crescent roll starting from the wide end, tucking the filling tightly.
  6. Place seam side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving with extra dressing for dipping.
