Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Line a large casserole dish with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil.
  3. Spread the thinly sliced shallots and half of the garlic cloves across the bottom of the prepared dish. Sprinkle fresh thyme and rosemary on top.
  4. Arrange the chicken on top, drizzle with oil, and add salt and pepper. Scatter remaining garlic cloves on top.
  5. Pour chicken broth and white wine around the edges, avoiding the chicken.
  6. Roast uncovered for approximately 1 hour or until the skin turns golden brown and a meat thermometer reads 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving. Drizzle the savory pan sauce over the chicken.
