For the Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Can substitute with olive oil or coconut oil.
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth Vegetable broth can be used for a vegetarian option.
Seasonings & Garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes Optional for spice.
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley For garnish.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can replace with avocado oil.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add an additional tablespoon of olive oil if needed, and then add ground turkey. Cook over medium heat for about 7-8 minutes until browned and crumbly.
  3. Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until onion is translucent and aromatic.
  4. Stir in 2 tablespoons of butter until melted. Pour in ½ cup of chicken broth and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  5. Return sautéed cauliflower to the skillet, stirring to combine with turkey and sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  6. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
