- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add cauliflower florets and sauté for about 5-6 minutes until golden brown. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add an additional tablespoon of olive oil if needed, and then add ground turkey. Cook over medium heat for about 7-8 minutes until browned and crumbly.
- Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until onion is translucent and aromatic.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of butter until melted. Pour in ½ cup of chicken broth and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Return sautéed cauliflower to the skillet, stirring to combine with turkey and sauce. Season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving. Serve hot and enjoy!
