Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all ingredients for assembly.
  2. Slice the Kings Hawaiian Rolls in half and lay the bottoms in a tray. Spread mayonnaise on each bun and bake for 7-10 minutes until toasted.
  3. Chop the deli meats into bite-sized pieces and heat in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes until warmed through.
  4. In a bowl, combine lettuce, mayonnaise, red onion, pickles, banana peppers, and dressing. Stir until incorporated.
  5. Layer slices of smoked provolone cheese over the bottom buns, then distribute the warmed deli meats on top.
  6. Place the top halves of the rolls over the meat, melt butter with Italian seasoning, and brush it over the tops. Bake for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Remove the tray from the oven, lift off the top buns, and spread the salad mixture on the warm meat layer. Replace the tops and press down gently.
  8. Slice the sliders into individual servings and serve warm for best flavor.
