  • 1 teaspoon Paprika For color and heat

  • 4 cups Potatoes Cubed

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet and sear the chicken thighs skin-side down for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken, add cubed potatoes to the skillet, and season with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  5. Return chicken to the skillet on top of the potatoes and roast for 25-30 minutes until done.
  6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes and garnish with parsley before serving.
