Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add 1 pound of ground beef and 1 chopped onion. Sauté for about 7–8 minutes until browned.
  3. Stir in 1 finely shredded cabbage, 1 can of diced tomatoes, 1 cup of cooked rice, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of paprika, ½ teaspoon of salt, and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
  4. Let the mixture simmer on medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  5. Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  6. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 30–35 minutes.
