  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning or dried herbs
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese grated
For the Additions
  • 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes drained
  • 5 oz Fresh Spinach or kale/Swiss chard
For Seasoning

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
  2. Slice the chicken breasts horizontally in half and season with salt, pepper, and half of the minced garlic.
  3. Combine softened cream cheese and heavy cream in a bowl, add remaining garlic, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and half the mozzarella.
  4. Spread the sauce mixture over chicken in a greased baking dish, add sun-dried tomatoes on top.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes until chicken is 165°F.
  6. Remove foil, stir in fresh spinach, and add remaining mozzarella on top.
  7. Uncovered, bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
  8. Allow to sit briefly before serving with garlic bread or salad.
