Preparation
- Marinate Chicken: Combine garlic, lime juice, oil, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, coat well, cover, and marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
- Cook Chicken: Grill over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Alternatively, bake in preheated oven at 450°F for ~30 minutes.
