Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by cutting off the top of the whole garlic bulb and drizzling olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then air fry at 380°F for 20 minutes.

  3. Place the beef bones upright on the sheet and season generously with garlic salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  4. Bake the seasoned bones in the oven for about 20 minutes until bubbly and slightly pulling away from the sides.
  5. Remove the bones from the oven and sprinkle with parsley and crispy garlic for added flavor and crunch.
  6. Serve hot alongside crusty bread or toast, sprinkling with a little salt to elevate flavors.
