- Start by boiling water in a kettle until it reaches a rolling boil. In a large measuring cup, mix in honey (if using) with ½ cup of the hot water until dissolved. Then, gently add one white tea bag to the mixture and let it steep for 10 minutes.
- After the tea has steeped, remove the tea bag and stir in ½ cup of ice. Let it stand for an additional 10 minutes.
- In a pitcher, combine the cooled tea, 1 cup of guava juice, and the freshly squeezed juice from ¼ to ½ lemon. Stir gently until well combined.
- Fill a glass with ice cubes and pour the iced Guava White Tea Lemonade over the ice.
