- In a small bowl, mix together 3 tablespoons of oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Set aside.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add 6 minced garlic cloves and sauté until golden, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the prepared sauce mixture into the skillet with garlic. Stir well and cook for another minute.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 8 ounces of thin egg noodles and cook for 20-30 seconds.
- Drain the noodles and add them to the skillet with garlic sauce. Toss for 1-2 minutes until well coated.
- Serve hot on plates, optionally garnishing with chopped green onions.
