- Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Line a large casserole dish with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil.
- Spread the thinly sliced shallots evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish. Layer half of the whole garlic cloves, sprinkling fresh thyme and rosemary on top.
- Place the chicken on top, drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle remaining garlic cloves and thyme over the chicken. Pour chicken broth and white wine around the edges.
- Roast uncovered for 1 hour, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Broil for an additional 5-7 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
