- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather ingredients and equipment, including a lined baking sheet.
- Slice the cabbage into thick slices (about ½ inch wide) and brush both sides with olive oil.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef or turkey, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and egg. Mix until well blended.
- Take a handful of the meat mixture and press it down onto each cabbage slice to form patties.
- Place the cabbage burgers on the lined baking sheet with space between them. Bake for about 25 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle cheese on top, and broil for an additional 3-5 minutes until melted.
- Let cool for a few minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve with dipping sauces.
