- Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook until al dente, about 8–10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced sausage and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes. Remove and set aside.
- Add another splash of olive oil to the skillet, reduce the heat, and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in BBQ sauce, honey, paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Return the sausage and pasta to the skillet. Toss everything together and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
