  • 1 medium roasted red pepper jarred options save time
  • 1 tsp dried oregano fresh oregano can be used as substitute
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes optional, adjust to taste
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper freshly ground
For Garnishing
  • 4 whole whole olives for topping
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil for drizzling

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine the green olives, block feta cheese, room-temperature cream cheese, extra virgin olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, and juice. Pulse until smooth and slightly textured, about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add the chopped roasted red pepper, dried oregano, chili flakes (if using), and freshly ground black pepper. Pulse 2-3 times to mix and keep some chunkiness.
  3. Spoon the dip into a serving bowl or jar. Drizzle olive oil on top and garnish with whole olives.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to enhance flavor.
  5. Serve with pita chips, crostini, or raw vegetables.
