Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare Crust: In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted unsalted butter until fully coated. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch dish. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
  2. Layer Cream Cheese Filling: In a separate bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream. Spread half over the crust and chill for 5 minutes.
  3. Add Pie Fillings: Spoon blueberry filling over the cheesecake layer. Place the dessert in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
  4. Finish Layers: Spread remaining cream cheese mixture over the blueberry layer. Spoon strawberry pie filling on top and chill for 1 to 2 hours.
  5. Top it Off: Remove from the refrigerator and top with whipped cream and white chocolate shavings.
