Method
 

Ice Cream Preparation
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine heavy cream, milk, and honey over medium heat. Stir gently until warm, about 5-7 minutes. Whisk in the goat cheese until melted and smooth.
  2. Pour the warm base into a Ninja Creami pint container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  3. Remove from the freezer after 24 hours and let sit for 5-10 minutes to soften. Process in the Ninja Creami on the Ice Cream setting.
  4. Create a 1-inch hole in the center of the ice cream and fill it with jam, lemon curd, toasted almonds, and rosemary.
  5. If too soft, refreeze for 1-2 hours to reach desired firmness.

Notes
