  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and set out your Dutch oven.
  2. Season both sides of the chuck roast with kosher salt, pepper, and taco seasoning.
  3. Place the seasoned chuck roast in the preheated Dutch oven and bake for about 4 hours.
  4. Once tender, shred the meat into bite-sized chunks using two forks.
  5. Increase the oven temperature to 425°F (218°C) and crisp the shredded meat for 20-25 minutes.
