Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the bacon into halves and cook in a skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.
  3. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick spray or melted butter.
  4. Hollow out the top of each brioche roll using a sharp knife.
  5. Butter the inside of each hollowed-out roll with melted butter.
  6. Sprinkle about 1 tablespoon of shredded cheddar cheese into each roll.
  7. Press a slice of partially cooked bacon into each roll on top of the cheese.
  8. Crack an egg into each roll, allowing the whites to overflow slightly.
  9. Season the eggs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, checking for doneness.
  11. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
