Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine melted butter with garlic powder, onion powder, and poppy seeds. Stir until well blended.
  3. Cut the Hawaiian sweet rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Layer cheddar and Swiss cheese over the bottom halves.
  4. Position the top halves of the rolls over the cheese layer. Brush the prepared butter mixture over the tops.
  5. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and serve by cutting along the seams.
