- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather ramekins or a baking dish.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, green bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté for 4-5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Push veggies aside, add ground meat, and cook until browned (5-7 minutes). Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain excess fat, then pour in marinara sauce and stir. Simmer on low for 2-3 minutes.
- Divide mixture into ramekins or baking dish. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese. Add crushed red pepper if desired.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
