  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
For the Filling
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 medium avocados
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
For the Assembly
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 lime juice

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub it in.
  3. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper over the chicken.
  4. Massage the seasonings into the chicken breasts.
  5. Place the seasoned chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Mash the avocados with lime juice in a bowl and combine ranch dressing and sour cream in another bowl.
  7. Shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
  8. Warm flour tortillas in the microwave or skillet.
  9. Spread the ranch-sour cream mixture on each tortilla and layer with shredded chicken, mashed avocado, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  10. Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down.
  11. Optionally, crisp the edges in a skillet for a couple of minutes.
  12. Slice the burritos in half and serve warm with extra ranch dressing on the side.
