Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and rub it in.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, ground cumin, salt, and black pepper over the chicken.
- Massage the seasonings into the chicken breasts.
- Place the seasoned chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mash the avocados with lime juice in a bowl and combine ranch dressing and sour cream in another bowl.
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks.
- Warm flour tortillas in the microwave or skillet.
- Spread the ranch-sour cream mixture on each tortilla and layer with shredded chicken, mashed avocado, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and place seam-side down.
- Optionally, crisp the edges in a skillet for a couple of minutes.
- Slice the burritos in half and serve warm with extra ranch dressing on the side.
