Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together lemon juice, soy sauce, and olive oil until well combined. Add minced ginger, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place the chicken in a sealable plastic bag or shallow bowl and pour the marinade over it. Seal or cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 12 hours.
  3. After marinating, remove the chicken from the marinade and pat dry with paper towels.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400-450°F. Oil the grill grates lightly.
  5. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on the first side, then flip and grill for another 5-7 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
