Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by melting 2–3 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add 1 pound of corned beef, breaking it into bite-sized pieces. Sauté for about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in 4 cups of coleslaw mix into the skillet with the corned beef. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the lid and gently stir the mixture to combine the corned beef and coleslaw evenly.
  5. Evenly sprinkle 1 cup of Swiss cheese on top. Cover again and reduce heat to low.
  6. Broil for about 1-2 minutes until the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
  7. In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of sugar-free ketchup, 4 teaspoons of horseradish, and 1 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce.
