Preparation
- Clean and devein the shrimp if necessary. Rinse under cold water and pat dry.
- Place shrimp in a mixing bowl and add basil pesto, coating generously. Optionally toss in pine nuts and Parmesan.
- Let the shrimp marinate for 15 minutes.
Grilling
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat around 400°F (200°C). Clean and oil the grates.
- Place marinated shrimp on the grill in a single layer. Grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Remove from grill and serve immediately.
