Ingredients

  • ¼ cup Butter Can substitute with margarine for a dairy-free option.
  • 7 cups Popcorn Popped popcorn, can use microwave popcorn.
For the Sweet Mixture
  • 50 pieces Regular Size Marshmallows Mini marshmallows can also be used.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Pure is best, but imitation works.
  • ½ cup Cake Batter Protein Powder Can be omitted; add extra sprinkles instead.
For the Fun Factor
  • ½ cup Funfetti Sprinkles Can use seasonal sprinkles for variety.

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Pop 6–7 cups of popcorn and spread it evenly on a large baking sheet.
  2. Melt ¼ cup of butter in a large saucepan over low heat, add 50 marshmallows, and stir until smooth.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and ½ cup of cake batter protein powder.
  4. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the popcorn and fold to coat evenly.
  5. Sprinkle ½ cup of Funfetti sprinkles over the mixture and fold gently.
  6. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking dish and press down firmly into an even layer.
  7. Optional: Melt ½ cup of white chocolate, drizzle over the top, and add more sprinkles.
  8. Cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then cut into squares or clusters.
