Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together sour cream and shredded mozzarella cheese, then set aside.
  4. Grease a 2 ½ quart casserole dish and spread the beef mixture across the bottom.
  5. Layer the creamy cheese blend on top, spreading evenly.
  6. Unroll the crescent rolls and cover the cheese layer, pressing edges together.
  7. Mix melted butter with grated Parmesan and drizzle over the dough.
