Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and position a rack in the center.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken tenders with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey until smooth.
  4. Spread Bang Bang sauce over the seasoned chicken in the baking dish.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
