- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers with melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Firmly press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a greased 8-inch or 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture with a spatula.
- Carefully spread the cream cheese filling over the chilled graham cracker crust in the springform pan.
- Mix together the sliced fresh strawberries and strawberry jam until well coated and spoon this mixture over the cheesecake layer.
- Cover the springform pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Once chilled, carefully release the cheesecake from the springform pan and slice into wedges.
