For the Cream Cheese Layer
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese full-fat or reduced-fat
  • 1/2 cup Caramel sauce homemade or store-bought
  • 1 large Egg for cream cheese layer
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract for cream cheese layer
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt for cream cheese layer

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your tart pan.
  2. Combine chocolate, butter, sugar, and coffee in a bowl; microwave until smooth.
  3. Whisk in eggs, vanilla, and salt; sift in cocoa and flour until just combined.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth; mix in caramel, egg, vanilla, and salt.
  5. Layer brownie batter in tart pan, add cream cheese mix, and dollop reserved brownie batter.
  6. Swirl together using a skewer for a marbled effect.
