Cooking Steps
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Toss the chicken with poultry seasoning and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt 1 ½ sticks of unsalted butter, mix in garlic, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Cut the bread in half and spread the garlic butter mixture. Toast in the oven for 5-10 minutes.
- In the skillet, melt the remaining butter, add 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute. Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese and parsley. Let the sauce simmer for 3-5 minutes until thickened.
- Spread half of the Alfredo sauce over the toasted garlic bread, top with chicken, remaining sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Optionally, broil for 1-2 minutes for extra crispiness.
