Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to create the perfect baking environment.
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with butter or line it with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, all-purpose flour, and brown sugar. Melt unsalted butter and pour it over the dry ingredients, stirring until crumbly. Press half of this mixture into the bottom of your prepared pan.
  4. Evenly sprinkle chocolate chips over the pressed oat mixture. Drizzle thick caramel sauce across the chocolate layer, then crumble the remaining oat mixture over the top.
  5. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Rotate the pan halfway for even baking.
  6. Let the pan cool completely before slicing into squares.
