Preparation Steps

  3. Whisk in the bloomed gelatin until fully dissolved.
  4. Allow the custard mixture to cool at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
  5. Whip 1 cup of heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cooled custard mixture.
  7. Pour the mixture into molds or a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
