Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Begin by gathering all component ingredients for your Chocolate Salami. Ensure your unsalted butter is at room temperature.
  2. Take your biscuit cookies and roughly chop them using a blender or food processor until you achieve small chunks.
  3. In the blender, add the cacao powder to the chopped biscuit cookies and pulse gently to combine thoroughly.
  4. Transfer the blended dry ingredients to a mixing bowl. Add the butter, dulce de leche, and condensed milk, stirring well until all ingredients are combined.
  5. Scoop out about a cup of the mixture and form it into a log shape using plastic wrap, ensuring it's compact.
  6. Chill the wrapped chocolate salami log in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours, or freeze for 1.5 hours.
  7. Once firm, unwrap your chocolate salami and dust generously with powdered sugar before slicing.
