Step-by-Step Instructions

  5. Divide the dough into three portions, rolling each into logs about 2-3 inches in diameter and placing them on the tray.
  6. Flatten each log to about half an inch thick for even baking.

  8. Let the cookies cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then cut diagonally into slices while warm.
