- Make the Peach Syrup by combining chopped peaches, water, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for about 15 minutes and strain to separate syrup.
- Cool the strained peach syrup and store the peach pieces in the refrigerator.
- Prepare the Mascarpone Filling by whipping heavy cream to stiff peaks and mixing mascarpone with sugar and extracts.
- Assemble the Tiramisu by dipping ladyfingers in peach syrup and layering them with mascarpone filling in an 8-inch dish.
- Chill the assembled Tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Serve by slicing and garnishing with peach compote and syrup.
