  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Whip to stiff peaks.
  • 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese The star ingredient.

  • ½ teaspoon Almond Extract
For the Tiramisu Layers
  • 1 package Savoiardi Ladyfingers Briefly soak in peach syrup.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Make the Peach Syrup by combining chopped peaches, water, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Simmer for about 15 minutes and strain to separate syrup.
  2. Cool the strained peach syrup and store the peach pieces in the refrigerator.
  3. Prepare the Mascarpone Filling by whipping heavy cream to stiff peaks and mixing mascarpone with sugar and extracts.
  4. Assemble the Tiramisu by dipping ladyfingers in peach syrup and layering them with mascarpone filling in an 8-inch dish.
  5. Chill the assembled Tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  6. Serve by slicing and garnishing with peach compote and syrup.
