  • 2 tbsp Fresh Dill
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice Fresh for optimal flavor

Step-by-Step Instructions for Healthy Greek Ground Chicken Bowls
  1. Prepare Greek Salsa: In a medium bowl, combine diced cucumber, finely chopped red onion, and sliced Kalamata olives. Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle the juice of half a lemon. Stir to combine and chill in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes.
  2. Make Tzatziki: In another bowl, mix coconut yogurt, reserved diced cucumber, fresh dill, garlic powder, and lemon juice. Season with salt and stir until creamy, then chill in the fridge.
  3. Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground chicken, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, and dill. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
